8/1/2008: As the official mascot, it’s my job to pass along some exciting news about what’s happening here at PLEXUS. Brian Sullivan was nominated for Providence Business News “40 Under 40” awards. Too bad he doesn’t qualify for anyone’s “40 Most Eligible Bachelors” award; he’s getting married this Fall! David Giardino was selected to speak at the Primavera conference in Las Vegas this November. We’re sure his presentation will be great, but if he hits it big on the slots, I expect a present! Last but not least, I’ve been making friends with new team members: our Project Scheduler Co-op intern from Roger Williams University, Patrick Morse, and our Developer intern from the University of Massachusetts, Binesh Agarwal. Welcome to the team!

11/11/2007: One of the things I notice as I make my rounds at PLEXUS is how we have such a diverse team. We have engineers who have been working in the construction field for over 45 years sitting alongside people fresh out of school. What’s cool is that each of them sees a value in the other. Our longtime engineers are kept up-to-date with the latest and greatest technologies, while the team members fresh out of school learn from some of the best in the industry. The projects they develop together are second to none – from an old dog’s perspective, I don’t know how any other company could even come close.
